Here in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas, it is no different. We have a large community of environmentally conscious individuals who want to engage in meaningful work. The good news is that jobs in renewable energy are available and more and more are being created every day. Solar companies are hiring, and they are looking for skilled professionals to help grow their business.

Albuquerque has a wealth of skilled workers ready to dive into renewable energy jobs. With the growing demand from both commercial business owners and residential developers, solar energy jobs are growing as well. As more and more homes and businesses are being built with solar panels along their roof, so too are more jobs being created by solar energy companies.
Here in New Mexico, it is no different. A quick Google search will return hundreds of available positions in the solar power industry. With close to 300 days of sunshine a year, it is easy to see why the demand for skilled workers is growing. According to The Solar Foundation, “In the five-year period between 2012 and 2017, solar employment grew by 110%” (SolarJobsCensus.org) Here in Albuquerque, solar construction is booming and that means that there is a growing demand for skilled workers
